7th Annual Spring Renewal Retreat

Karen Cook and Kimberly Wolff will co lead this Spring Renewal Retreat. Please join us for Meditation, Asana and Deep Relaxation And Restorative Yoga

Our practice will begin late Friday afternoon followed by dinner. On Saturday we begin with morning meditation , breakfast, active yoga practice , then Lunch, quiet time, Restorative Practice, and Dinner. Sunday will follow the same as Saturday schedule and we'll conclude with Brunch and complete by 2:00. We have a lovely setting and can see the ocean from our Yoga room. Healthy, vital and fresh cuisine will be prepared by our chef.
